This is the relay that sits above the ABS ECU. It is an over-voltage protection relay and contains a very delicate internal fuse. Note: it only applies to early production through to about mid 1988 (I think). Later cars have a different ABS ECU and no relay. I ordered this from my dealer last April. By the time it arrived in May I had resolved my ABS problems in a different way and no longer need this item, not even as a spare. Hence, it has never been fitted to a car, not even for test purposes. Retail price today is at least £32.84 and I imagine it will be higher, given the frequency of the BMW price increases. Better somebody has the use of it than it sits on my shelf forever. £25 including postage in the UK and payment by paypal. Keywords: ABS relay
