      I can't believe I'm doing this. I have, or should I say my wife has, finally decided to put my M3 Sport evolution up for sale.

      I have owned the car for the past 7 years and it has has been a joy to own in these years

      The car was imported into the U.K. in 1999 with one German owner.

      It was then owned by a dentist in Rugby until I took over stewardship in August 2002.

      Since it's arrival to the U.K. the car has been pampered and lavished with BMW servicing as well as specialist servicing at BM Motors, in Scotland 01698 375146.

      The main points being;

      on 20/12/2000 at Godferryhall BMW the car had extensive head work carried out along with a new clutch to the tune of £2848.41

      13/06/2002 again at Godferryhall BMW the car received a new short block including shells and bearings totalling £2414.77

      Upon my ownership I have replaced the exhaust system with a Miltek one and 16/02/2007 I replaced the clutch.

      October 2007 I undertook a full restoration of the car as a result of scuttle panel corrosion.This was an all window out along with the interior and dash.

      As a result I replaced the following;

      A new scuttle panel
      A new bonnet
      A new Drivers door
      A new passenger door
      A new windscreen
      A new driver wing
      A new passenger wing, all genuine BMW parts as you would expect. As well as a whole host of ancillaries including new rear light seals, front grills and M3 badges, front and rear.

      I welded the rear of the front wheel arches near to the sills, this was the only welding needed.

      I have 166 photostory of the restoration.http://www.bavarian-board.co.uk/forum_posts.asp? TI...

      During the restoration the car received a windows out respray which included two coats of black primer, 4 coats of base coat and 4 coats of lacquer, the whole project took 9 month to complete.

      For the past 5 years the car has been used as a summer toy and lives in a garage with a fitted cover over the winter months.

      I purchased the car with 167000km(103k miles).
      The car has now covered 206333km (128209 miles).

      The car comes with electric windows, mirrors and sunroof. Heated mirrors and front seats. A black and red leather interior with no rips or tears

      The car has been fastidiously maintained regardless of cost.

      MOT'd until June 2010. There is no tax as it is SORN'D for the winter but will put 6 months tax on it for the buyer.

      Private plate is not included in the sale

      If I have missed anything then please ask and I will try and answer and questions.

      The car comes with a made to measure indoor car cover (cost £250)

      Any inspection welcome
      £35,000

    Sorry to hear that the wife is the driving factor for selling the E3. How about if you put the wife up for sale ? Smile
    IMO a better way to go in the long run.

    Good luck with the sale.
